# 浴血重生 / Reborn in Blood > slug: `yxcs` · browser status: `playable` · native port: `40056` A traditional wuxia revenge story built around its "Reborn in Blood" premise — the login banner self-identifies as "1.YXCS" / "Reborn in Blood." New characters go through standard sect apprenticeship and a full kungfu/skill system, plus an "international challenger"-style tournament option at character creation; a wizlist-based anti-account-theft protection strips password-setting rights from any ID already registered as a high-privilege wizard until it's temporarily removed from the list. Its lineage is unusual: it carries traces of the ES II engine series (files like chinesed.lpc trace authorship back through the "ES"-to-"XKX" branch) mixed with modules later rewritten by "Lonely," the author behind the Nitan/NT series — making it a deeply modified hybrid rather than a pure descendant of any single lineage. Its map can be pinned down more precisely: the "Peak of the World" cliff-jump scene is byte-identical to the unrelated "Tianya" family shared by several other archives in this collection (xysylmhb/xyzxiiylzymh/yzxiiizylfy/xyzx3/tianxiawuxue). ## Play in the browser (WebAssembly) - Landing page (description + notes): https://mudlibs.fluffos.info/yxcs/ - Play now (boots the WASM driver): https://mudlibs.fluffos.info/yxcs/play.html ## Download source ZIP - Same-origin ZIP (trimmed source tree, no need to clone the whole repo): https://mudlibs.fluffos.info/yxcs/yxcs.zip - GitHub tree: https://github.com/fluffos/mudlibs/tree/main/libs/yxcs - README: https://github.com/fluffos/mudlibs/blob/main/libs/yxcs/README.md - Restoration notes (NOTES.md): https://github.com/fluffos/mudlibs/blob/main/libs/yxcs/NOTES.md ## Run natively with FluffOS 1. Build a current FluffOS driver from https://github.com/fluffos/fluffos (native `build` / `build-debug`; see that repo's docs). 2. Download and unzip `yxcs.zip` from the URL above (or clone `https://github.com/fluffos/mudlibs` and use `libs/yxcs/`). 3. From the unzipped lib directory, ensure `config.fluffos` points `mudlib directory` at this tree (the checked-in file may contain a maintainer-local absolute path — edit it to your extract path). 4. Start the driver: ```bash /path/to/fluffos/build/src/driver config.fluffos ``` 5. Connect a UTF-8 MUD client to `127.0.0.1:40056`. - Admin / wizard login: `fluffos` / `Mud@2026` - If you host this on a public network, change the published default admin password before opening the port. ## Machine-readable catalog - Site-wide catalog: https://mudlibs.fluffos.info/games.json - Site-wide LLM overview: https://mudlibs.fluffos.info/llms.txt - This file: https://mudlibs.fluffos.info/yxcs/llms.txt
