# 月影奇缘 / Moon Love Story

The login banner reads "Century Journey to the West: Moon Love Story" — a venerable ES II-lineage MUD (sharing engine ancestry with this collection's es1_win, xkx2001, rzrmud, and xo, traceable through developer "Lil" back to "Annihilator") adapted from the Journey to the West mythos. New characters are swept straight into the pilgrimage storyline alongside the genre's usual talent-point allocation and master/apprentice mechanics, and the prose and NPC dialogue carry the plain, terse style typical of circa-2000 Chinese MUDs. One registration quirk carried over from that era: the email field is validated only for containing the literal substring "ccb" (e.g. anything@ccb.com), and keeps rejecting any address that doesn't include it.

## Run natively with FluffOS

1. Build a current FluffOS driver from https://github.com/fluffos/fluffos
   (native `build` / `build-debug`; see that repo's docs).
2. Download and unzip `yueyingqiyuan.zip` from the URL above (or clone
   `https://github.com/fluffos/mudlibs` and use `libs/yueyingqiyuan/`).
3. From the unzipped lib directory, ensure `config.fluffos` points
   `mudlib directory` at this tree (the checked-in file may contain a
   maintainer-local absolute path — edit it to your extract path).
4. Start the driver:

/path/to/fluffos/build/src/driver config.fluffos
```

5. Connect a UTF-8 MUD client to `127.0.0.1:40048`.

- Admin / wizard login: `fluffos` / `Mud@2026`
- If you host this on a public network, change the published default
  admin password before opening the port.
