The Quest of Oriental Chivalry ("Xiake Xing I"), by the XiaKeXing Gaming Group, 1996-1999, MudOS v22b25 lineage, ported by sdong. Shares the same map skeleton as this project's jym (Jin Yong's Dream) — scenes such as d/taihu/gumu/houtang.lpc are identical in content, differing only in the "cracker" credit header ("Cracked by Kafei" here versus "Cracked by Roath" for jym/xkm) — evidently different circulating copies of the same underlying codebase. Its map covers classic sect landmarks like Huashan, Wudang, Shaolin, the Beggars' Sect, Emei, the Murong clan, and Zhongnan, plus geographic settings such as Dongting Lake, Lake Tai, Huangshan, and the Western Xia region; registration opens with a GB/BIG5 encoding choice, typical of these older cross-strait shared designs.

## Run natively with FluffOS

1. Build a current FluffOS driver from https://github.com/fluffos/fluffos
   (native `build` / `build-debug`; see that repo's docs).
2. Download and unzip `xkx2000zxb.zip` from the URL above (or clone
   `https://github.com/fluffos/mudlibs` and use `libs/xkx2000zxb/`).
3. From the unzipped lib directory, ensure `config.fluffos` points
   `mudlib directory` at this tree (the checked-in file may contain a
   maintainer-local absolute path — edit it to your extract path).
4. Start the driver:

/path/to/fluffos/build/src/driver config.fluffos
```

5. Connect a UTF-8 MUD client to `127.0.0.1:40140`.

- Admin / wizard login: `fluffos` (password documented in README)
- If you host this on a public network, change the published default
  admin password before opening the port.
