Ingredients     
      3 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard 
3 tablespoons butter, melted 
3 teaspoons honey 
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 
1/2 cup chopped pecans 
3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley 
6 (4 ounce ) filets salmon 
1 lemon, wedged, for garnish 
 

 Directions     
1 Mix together mustard, butter, and honey in a small bowl; set aside. 
2 Mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley in a small bowl; set aside. 
3 Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard-honey mixture. Pat top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture. 
4 Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
