tell_room - 對一個房間中的所有物件送出訊息.
語法:
void tell_room( mixed ob, string str, object *exclude );
無傳回值 tell_room( 混合 ob, 字串 str, 物件 *exclude );
用法:
把訊息 str 送給房間 ob 中的所有物件. ob 可以是此房間的檔案名稱.
如果指定第三個參數 exclude, 在 exclude 這個陣列裡的物件都收不到此段訊息.
